Chef Lizette is OWNER of CHEF LIZETTE ENTERTAINMENT, a lifestyle brand advocating living a more harmonious life using food as the foundation “one dish at a time”.
Over the past 33 years of feeding the public Chef Lizette has cooked for over 6 million people including 5 US Presidents, Fortune 100 Companies & CEO’s and A-List Celebrities.
As a speaker she works with organizations, private clients and schools across the country giving engaging talks focused on wellness and mindfulness. With 10 years of domestic violence and severe depression behind her Chef Lizette boldly advocates the importance of simplification in one’s life and how using food and seeking help becomes the pathway to a more joyful and stress-free life.
Throughout her career it’s been Chef Lizette’s privilege to work with community-based organizations such as The American Heart Association and wonderful people like Lady Gaga, Tom Hanks and James Cameron.
